We happily accept returns of most items within 14 days of the date of purchase for store credit.  Returns are eligible for store credit only.  Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If you discover any defects, please contact us immediately or within 7 days for a speedy resolution.

We must be notified within 7 days of delivery of any problems or damages to your order; otherwise items will not be eligible for return.  You must request a return within 14 days of purchasing your item to obtain a return authorization.  Returns must be post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase. Your return authorization must be included with your product in order for us to process the return and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept clearance, as-is or final sale items (sale and/or clearance items are final sale), and products that are made with hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept intimate and shapewear items. Bras, underwear, body tapes pasties, earrings and any other shapewear are included in this category. They are all non-refundable.

We cannot accept any items that are worn or washed, that have been altered or have stains, smells or rips. Damaged or used items will not be eligible for return.

All pre-loved and label-inspired items are sold as-is and are final purchases. No refunds or credits will be granted for these items.

Items purchased with a 30% or more discount off regular price will not be accepted for return.

Shoes must be returned in their original box in order to be eligible for return. Purchase verification is required on all returns.

All beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Returned items that are worn, washed, damaged (except for manufacturer defects), or are past the return period will be refused. The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of products, and does not include original shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order, or shipping costs that you may be charged to return items to us.

A product’s color online may vary from the exact color of the merchandise due to photography lenses, lighting conditions, and the device being used to view the product. Clothing patterns may also vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages and will be subject to the same return policies as all other products: We must receive your return within 14 days of the date you request a return on our returns portal. Returns not received within 14 days of a return request will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled returns will not be processed for store credit, and will be shipped back at sender’s expense.

At times, manufacturer defects are found at a later date. These later finds are NOT our responsibility and we cannot offer a refund beyond your initial inspection. We request that you do a thorough inspection of your products upon receipt. We are willing to work with you during the time allowed for inspection.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Legacy Boutique reserves the right to refuse credit or to grant only partial credit for any returned item that does not qualify for the correct return reason or for any item that doesn’t meet our product quality standards..

Only regular priced items may be credited to your account. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be credited.


We only credit items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to to exchange a product for the same item, send us a request for replacement through the Return Authorization form.


If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit for your return item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. .

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse, and 4-5 business days for our team to process your return

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
