Legacy Boutique Shipping and Delivery Policy
For your convenience, we have set forth a few of our policies for your quick reference.
Some payments may take between 1-3 business days to process, depending on which payment method you use. Please keep records of all payment transactions. Shipping varies according to the item purchased.
Orders for items that are in stock are usually processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Because those products sell quickly, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has completed. We cannot provide exchanges, so we recommend purchasing your new items right away to ensure that they are in stock.
Custom and made-to-order products may take slightly longer than 3 business days to ship out, depending on the product.
Standard shipping is 3-10 business days (excluding all holidays and weekends). Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.
Orders on Pre-Loved Luxury and Label inspired items can take 2-3 weeks minimum for shipping.
Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Legacy Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Legacy Boutique will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the shipping address provided.
You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has fully processed. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, select Order Tracking from the footer of our website to find your tracking number. If you cannot locate your tracking number, contact us for an immediate resolution.
We ship to the address provided by the buyer or the address that is electronically populated by our payment processor through verification from the buyer. If there is any technical issue with your billing or shipping address that causes our automated system to fail the USPS address verification, we will make every effort to reach out to you for confirmation. Otherwise, we deem the address that we received through the system correct and valid. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses or fraudulent activity that we are unaware of. Address verifications may delay the processing and shipping times for your order. Please check your order status through your account if you do not receive notice that your order has been processed.
If your package is returned undeliverable from the shipping carrier, it is your responsibility to contact us. You will be responsible for the shipping cost if we have to ship the item again. If you choose to return the item, we are unable to refund the original cost of shipping.
Please contact us in advance if you need your order by a certain date.
Standard Shipping
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping for all orders in the United States. You may select expedited shipping at checkout and pay the fee to have your order rushed. Once the item is shipped, you should expect to receive your item within the USPS priority shipping time frame. Please note that the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped from our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed. We cannot guarantee shipping times. You will be provided with a tracking number to view your package journey.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the shipment of your order. Shipping & handling delays, although infrequent, may delay your order.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the above timeframes or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is confirmed lost in transit or delivered to a different address than the one provided at checkout, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will apply store credit to your account. In this case, we will not charge you to ship your item again. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue any type of credit or refund.
Legacy Boutique is not responsible for products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received your items, we recommend checking with nearby neighbors, as occasionally the post office will deliver to a nearby address in error.
If you still have not received your order, we recommend filing an inquiry or contacting USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. We are happy to provide any helpful information during the inquiry process, however, if USPS confirms the correct delivery of your order, we are unable to provide a replacement, credit or refund for your order.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Legacy Boutique will not replace, credit or refund any orders delivered to the provided shipping address.
